Please allow 24-48 hours for prescription refills and non-urgent responses to medical questions.
After hours our phones are transferred to an on-call phone service. These service agents are not veterinary staff. All messages will be held until our next business day. If your pet is a companion animal (cat or dog) in need of emergency care, please see our Emergency tab highlighted in RED for a list of local emergency facilities. If your pet is a farm animal, you may hold to speak with an answering service agent who can better assist you.
If the phones are busy or it is simply more convenient for you, feel free to text us. Please note that all texts are answered by a staff member. No replies are automated. Although many texts are answered immediately, please allow an hour or two for a reply. If you are texting after hours, texts will be reviewed the next business day.
