After hours our phones are transferred to an on-call phone service. These service agents are not veterinary staff. All messages will be held until our next business day. In case of medical emergency, you will be directed to a local emergency facility.
If the phones are busy or it is simply more convenient for you, feel free to text us. Please note that all texts are answered by a staff member. No messages are automated. Although most texts will be answered immediately, please allow an hour or two for a reply.
